Drone Services in Memorial
Construction progress documentation: For custom homes, renovations and commercial projects in Memorial, we capture dated aerial photos and video from repeat viewpoints where feasible. Automated waypoint flights help maintain consistent viewpoints across visits, making construction progress easier to compare. Owners can follow progress, and builders keep a visual record of each stage. Learn more about our construction progress documentation.
Industrial drone inspections: For the roofs of retail centers, office buildings and other commercial properties near I-10, we capture visual exterior imagery within an agreed scope. Inspection imagery is reviewed by an API certified inspector, giving managers clear images to plan follow up with their roofing contractor. See our commercial and industrial drone inspections.
2D maps and 3D site models: A 2D visual map or 3D site model shows a lot, its tree cover and neighboring structures together for design discussions. Visit our drone mapping and 3D site models page. Visual imagery, maps and models do not replace hands on inspection, testing, engineering assessment or a licensed land survey.
Why Aerial Views Help in Memorial
The City of Houston describes the Memorial super neighborhood as heavily wooded and mostly residential, with homes ranging from production built houses to large estates. Mature trees, fences and close neighbors can hide much of a construction site from the street, and an aerial view shows foundations, framing, roofs and site work that are hard to see from the ground.
The northern part of Memorial along I-10 is different in character. The city notes office centers in the Energy Corridor and major retail districts at City Center, Town and Country and Memorial City. Here, aerial imagery documents large roofs and parking areas while businesses stay open.
Service Area and Capture Planning
This page covers the City of Houston's Memorial super neighborhood, which runs from I-10 on the north to Buffalo Bayou on the south, and from roughly State Highway 6 on the west to the incorporated villages on the east. It is not the same as Memorial Park, and the Memorial Villages are separately incorporated cities nearby. We also serve the nearby Energy Corridor and Katy from our Katy base.
To confirm a flight, we need:
Address or coordinates and site boundaries
Areas or work stages to document
Site access, permission and operating constraints
Deliverables, audience, timing and repeat frequency
Airspace, weather and flight conditions reviewed for the actual project
Nearby areas we serve: Energy Corridor, Katy, Houston and Bellaire.
Qualifications and Project Assurance
Flights are conducted under FAA Part 107. Inspection imagery is reviewed by an API certified inspector, and you can read about our founder's qualifications. EverestDrone carries commercial drone liability insurance, with a certificate of insurance available on request. Capture scope, deliverables and scheduling are agreed before the flight. Photos and inspection imagery are typically delivered 2 to 3 business days after the flight; timing for maps and models is confirmed with your quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Memorial the same as the Memorial Villages or Memorial Park?
No. The Memorial super neighborhood is part of the City of Houston. The Memorial Villages are separately incorporated, and Memorial Park is a different place.
Will heavy tree cover affect what you can capture?
It can. Tall trees may block angles, limit launch areas or hide parts of a lot, so we adjust viewpoints and scope to match what can be seen.
How do you handle neighbors and privacy on residential lots?
We focus capture on your property, plan viewpoints to limit views of neighboring homes and coordinate timing before any flight is confirmed.
